what is the best supplement for losing fat and gaining muscle?
ive tried many supplements already, and some work better than others.. but what ive really been looking at are all the acai products and hgh.. so if anyone can give me advice on what they use or would reccomend to reach my goal of just leaning out id really appreciate it! (i don’t care whether or not ur reccomended supplements are the acai or hgh)

no it does not. i am a weight losing guru. ive had to lose massive amounts of weight in a week or less. while it does taste good it wont help you lose weight.

im trying to lose a few pounds and everyone says the the acai berry works really well and i do stretches and on the floor workouts at home but what else can i do and what worked for you all?
That wretched berry does no more for weight loss than blueberries and blue berries are higher in antioxidants. Antioxidants do not aid weight loss.
