I decided to list the health benefits of acai berry. This is the list I have come up with in my research of this amazing fruit. I have no doubt that as the acai berry research continues that the experts will come up with even more health benefits of the acai berry. But for now here is what I have found.

* Acai has very high levels of fibers

* Enhances sexual desire and performance
* Fights cancerous cells
* Slows down the aging process
* Promotes healthier and younger-looking skin
* Alleviates diabetes
* Normalizes and regulates cholesterol levels
* Helps maintain healthy heart function
* Minimizes inflammation
* Improves circulation
* Prevents arteriosclerosis
* Enhances visual acuity
Well that is quite a list and I believe worth taking if it only does a small portion of these health benefits of acai berry.
