The Best way is to cut down on everything, but in small amounts
Cut out pop and fizzy drink, or, failing that; swap coke cola for diet coke etc. You’d be surprised at how many people fail to lose weight by drinking so much of that calorie filled crap…
You should be allowed into your local gym, consider joining a “Dance Aerobic” programme or gaining access to the gym equipment 3 or 4 times a week.
If you cannot do this try joining circuit training or swimming as all of these activities burn calories very quickly with little effort.
Eat in between 1800-2000 calories everyday, because anything more or less could mess up your metabolism and cause you to gain weight…
Eat 5 portions of fruit/vegetables a day, drink 8+ glasses of water everyday and try drinking a teaspoon or two of apple-cider vinegar every day, as it’s good for your metabolism.

These are modern equivalents of snake oil. To lose weight, it is best to eat properly and exercise daily.
Believe me, that is what it takes to lose weight effectively. It took 18 months for me to lose 80 pounds. I’d tried all the herbal remedies prior to that with little result. It was only when I was serious about weight loss that I actually lost weight and kept it off.
Question about acai berry products?
I see all these ad’s all over the internet for “free trials” of Acai Berry products. I’d love to try them but I was in a local drug store and I saw a bottle of Acai on the shelf with the vitamins. It says Natural Wild Harvested Acai softgels. Is this the same thing as in the products you buy of the net? Of course when I do a search all I get is free trial offers and can’t find any information that I am looking for..all say “Buy me..best on the net”

One thing that brought my dieting and losing weight out of the plateau I was in so long was the Acai Berry.
