
The Benefits of the Acai Berry Diet

Making the decision to lose weight will alter your life forever. When you reach your weight loss goal, you will look great and feel healthy. However, some individuals find it difficult to lose weight because they are not using the right product in conjunction with their weight loss plan.
The Acai berry is actually a fruit of the Acai palm tree found in the forests of Central America and South America. It belongs to the same family as those of the blueberries, raspberries and cranberries which are not only delicious but are also famous for their medicinal values. The Acai berry is also full of medicinal values in its high antioxidant content which are now known to be more than those contained in red grapes and blueberries.
These antioxidants are great for regulating the cholesterol levels of the human body and are also known to slow down the aging process in the manner that it keeps the body healthy. This means that this is a great fruit to take when suffering from heart conditions where the levels of cholesterol may play a significant role.
These berries also contain high levels of the essential vitamins like the B complexes as well as A, C, E and zinc. As these are fruits, they also contain the valued natural fibers which are great for the digestion and for cleansing the body from deep within.
The fiber in the fruit also means that it has all the much needed enzymes that can keep the body healthy from the cellular level. The enzymes contained in the fruits are great for fighting such elements as parasites, insoluble fat, maintaining the integrity of the digestive walls and keeping the body from all forms of inflammation caused by undigested or poorly digested materials. This means that this can also be a benefit for those who are suffering from leaky gut syndrome.
The benefits of including the Acai berry into the diet are endless but this does not mean that it is literally the super food to take. It has a lot of nutrients but other fruits and forms of food have them as well. The Acai berry can also be taken in capsule form marketed in alternative food stores. They are a great food to include in the diet but it is not the only source for losing weight.
Those taking Acai berry should not think that they are now free to eat whatever they want whenever their desire strikes them. It is still logical to eat the proper amounts and types of food and just take the berries as a supplement. With a good diet and exercise program, the Acai berry diet will only augment health.
In order to lose the weight that you desire, you need to make sure that you are eating healthy and taking the right supplements. There are numerous weight loss products on the market that do not contain natural ingredients, which can then lead to health issues in the future.

Not really. You aren’t gonna notice anything more than if you were eating a couple handfulls of blueberries on a daily basis.
I’ve been taking acai supplements for a while “just because”. Been trying to lose some weight for ages with no real success, and figured it wouldn’t hurt to try.
And really that’s the thing. Acai supplements are generally safe to take and won’t do any harm. So why not just add it in and hope for the best?
I haven’t had an increase in weight loss or experienced any of the other things the TV ads swear Acai can do, but I haven’t had any problems either.
I bought a name brand supplement after doing some research, found it on sale, and figured there wasn’t much to lose besides 12 dollars. Oh, about 4 months of daily pill taking, no change for good or bad. Oh well.
So I’ve been hearing a lot about the Acai berry but im not too convinced. Is it really worth it? Does it work?
I’ve been through countless websites that talk about the miracles this fruit has worked, but these websites don’t seem too legitimate. I want to know if this stuff works and how it works. I also want to know which Acai berry product, that’s in the market, is the most efficient. What are some benefits and risks of using this new method of weight loss?
Both acai berry and the colon cleansing supplements are sold by scammers on the internet who hype the products up in order to sell them. The vast majority of people agree that both are useless and serve only to enrich the sellers.
Acai is a berry similar to strawberries or blueberries. Nothing special about them. They are rich in antioxidants and nutrients like all berries.
Beware the scams. If you must buy acai berry supplements, buy them at Walmart, cvs Pharmacy, Walgreens or your local vitamin/drug store. Avoid the internet scam sites that want your credit card number for a low shipping fee. They’ll charge your credit card for hundreds of dollars without your permission and keep charging you until you cancel your credit card.
Does the Acai Berry stuff really do anything?
Ok so my wife just bought some of Andrew Lessman’s Acai Berry extract and I’m just wondering if it’s worth taking? I’m not looking for a website or a business opportunity just some honest response from people who have taken it. I know there are a lot of claims for weight loss, and I’ve heard of some other benefits. So – does it really do anything?

What’s the real truth behind acai berry diet does it have real weight loss or health benefits? I’ve read the reviews from other and it doesn’t give me much information. Can anyone tell me the real truth behind it.
Am I able to buy Acai Berries at Krogers or Walmart or someplace Similiar?
I don’t want to use the acai berries for any type of weight loss or anyone like that. I want to eat them, to see what they are actually like, and see what benefits I’ve read online are true or fake.
I understand they have very little taste. The amount of anti oxidants that they are known for depends on the process that is used to freeze dri them. Why don’t you try Monavie which combines the Acai with 18 other fruits for a great tasting drink high in anti oxidants.

While I do recommend to eat less and excercise more for weight loss, doing so can be hard; especially at the start.
However, I don’t think there is any product on the market that works successfully for everyone in exactly the way that they would want it to. There are however products that out perform others.
This includes acai berry products.

I only need to lose about 5-7 more lbs. Would I still benefit from fat/weight loss if one day I did an hour of cardio and the next do strength training for the entire body? hey guys I’m pretty thin like size 0-3 pants not that bad and im 14. Im one of those ppl who like to wear tight t-shirts and clothing. so wen i wake up in the morning my stomach is lke perfect and flat but after eating breakfast or eating anything infact my stomach gets like a bit chubby so I was wondering how i could maintain the “flatness” or if its in the food that i eat. ( i excerise nd do track and field and stuff
